Rules for Author Registrations:

  • 2 paper is covered under each Professional registration.
  • 1 Paper is covered under each Student registration.
  • At least one author (presenting author or co-author) should be registered to have the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
  • Government Organization delegates (payment mode NEFT only) should use the bank details above. After payment, update registration form along with payment details — tickets are issued after successful payment verification.
  • Students availing student registration must provide a valid student ID card/ Bonafide certificate at the time of registration.
  • Papers registered under Student category needs to be presented by Students only.
  • It is mandatory for everyone to register to attend the conference.
  • Co-authors do not come under accompanying person category.
  • Accompanying persons are not entitled to attend technical sessions. Their access will be limited to exhibition area/ food area/ social events (if any).

Terms & Conditions:

  • The registration fee mentioned above is EXCLUSIVE of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
  • You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card or transferring the amount online (wire transfer/ NEFT).
  • Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount.
  • While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Accompanying Person:

  • Accompanying Persons are considered to be friends and family members.
  • Registration is mandatory for all Accompanying Persons, and the applicable registration fee must be paid.
  • Co-authors of conference papers will not be considered as Accompanying Persons and must register under the applicable author/delegate registration category.
  • Accompanying Persons will have access only to the areas and activities specifically included in their registration category.
  • Accompanying Persons must wear their designated conference badge at all times while accessing the event venue.
  • All Accompanying Persons are required to follow the conference rules, venue regulations, and instructions of the Organising Committee.
  • The Accompanying Person registration includes:
    1. 3 Conference Lunch
    2. 3 Conference Dinner
    3. Access to the Exhibition Area
    4. Accompanying Persons will not be permitted to attend any technical sessions of the conference.

Inclusions:

  • Conference kit/ bag with all conference information.
  • Access to the exhibition area will be permitted only. Accompanying persons, including spouses, will not be permitted to attend the technical sessions.
  • 3 Conference lunch and 6 sessions of tea/coffee for Accompanying registrations
  • 3 Conference lunch, 1 welcome reception, 1 gala dinner and 6 sessions of tea/coffee for Professional registrations.
  • 3 Conference lunch and 6 sessions of tea/coffee for student registrations.
  • Separate registration is required for respective tutorials/ workshops.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Kindly send the cancellation requests to mohit@cimglobal.net, on or before Feb 28, 2027.
  • No refunds will be entertained after Feb 28, 2027, except in the event of government-imposed travel restrictions. Cancellation requests made before Feb 28, 2027, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, while cancellations made on or after Feb 28, 2027, will incur 100% cancellation charges. The decision of the Organising Committee in this regard shall be final.
  • Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee.
  • Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written/email requests will be considered.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
